It’s hard to enjoy your stay when the bed is so uncomfortable and didn’t get a good night sleep. It was hard, bouncy and uncomfortable. My spouse and I didn’t sleep well either night making it hard for us to enjoy our stay. Plus the blinds above the bed in the half moon shaped window was missing the top two slats. This made us feel exposed to change in the room and exposed during the night. Also the two front burners on the stove didn’t not work and unplugging them and plugging them back in did not work. On the third night (last night) we experienced a tremendous amount of noise from the unit above ours. The time period of 7:00 pm until after 10:00pm. Most likely children generated. “Like a gymnastics meet!!! If we had been staying for longer that would have been a real issue for us. Left a vmail with the office last evening at 8:30pm but did not receive a return call either last night or today.
