Quiet, friendly, clean neighborhood with access to the pool , tennis courts, golf courses. Pickle ball, and beech club on lake Bellaire. All within only 100 yards from the condo. (Exclusive, pass to the Beach Club that is 2miles away .)
This condo has the Shanty Creek spring water bubbling brook right outside the back deck. You can open the bedroom window and hear the trickling water. Has a cozy gas fireplace for the cool spring fall and winter days. It has central air conditioning for hot summer days.
New clean luxury vinyl floors to keep the germs away.
Two nice size bedrooms with 3 brand new queen size mattresses along with two full bathrooms.
All the amenities in the kitchen. including a regular coffee pot and a Keurig machine. dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwasher. Also a washer and dryer..

Ski Weekend
Property was perfect for what we needed. Quick ski getaway weekend. My only suggestion would be better/thicker blanket for the bed or maybe some extra blankets.
