« I did not know which room or how to get in the room when we got there. The direct contact through the app was not working. I was not getting a response. After talking with a representative we were forwarded to the owner who gave us a room and code number to a room where another couple was already staying. We contacted the rep again who again forwarded us to the owner who gave us a different room. My husband thought it was an individual cabin with the way it was described. »

« The host communicated well and the condo was ready and clean upon check in. The condo is a bit outdated and in need of some basic updates: a larger smart TV (they have a broken DVD player and a smaller old TV), a Keurig (the coffee maker never stopped brewing), and some updated furniture would make this a great condo. The condo is slope side but I would not say this is a ski in/out condo. The extra cabinet bed was great but the sofa sleeper was very old and my son chose to sleep on the floor...
