"All in all very good! Location good and convenient and super clean. Apartment has everything you need and then some, including a very comfortable bed. Host has left little to chance and good communications. Door lock is tricky - code simply allows deasbolt to work so must use going in and out. Nice outside patio and good A/C. The only downside is TV can go in and out with overly complicated profiles and settings and loss of WIFI input so be sure to resolve if you need, I didn't watch TV much so...

"It was decent but the photos are a bit misleading...outdated with remnants of yesteryear throughout. The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line). The sitting area (with the view) has outside exit is an locked emergency only exit (no access to outdoors). No access to dock. "Kitchenette consisted of a wine bottle opener and 1 small pot. But no gas for the stove. But the little restaurant is very good. Complimentry breakfast good too. Fruit and yogirt and toast. Coffee and ice and filtered water available anytime there. Comfy chairs and nice setting next to the river. Beer and wine served with good food. Nice place to chill and relax before going home. $20 Airport shuttle is very convenient. "

"The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived. There were some power issues and we lost power a couple times, making the apartment quite hot without the AC running. Also, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. On a positive note, the unit was spacious and felt safe. The water pressure was great and the pool was relaxing. The host was very responsive...
