More higher screens need to be available. Whomever is in the tub or shower should be able to have privacy & the screen provided is inadequate. (4 6ft screens should be provided or change the listing to ‘studio’. The youth of the neighborhood can be very loud, very late at the public park - but the windows/glass doors are double paned & most noise is blocked when closed. Beautiful kitchen (just needs a regular sized cutting board/larger frying pan) & the ac unit/utilities work wonderfully. The reason for 4 stars is that the window shades were not fully working and it needs more blankets (or a couple fluffy comforters for us ac lovers) as well as it not being completely clear before arriving that this is a large studio apt not a 2 bdrm. ##### Hannah F.
