We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. Personnel très compréhensif (nous sommes français) et ils ont réussi à nous comprendre. Ils parlent même un petit peu français. Hôtel propre, la chambre était comme il le fallait. Un peu loin de Londres mais aucun problème puisque la station de métro la plus proche (Stanmore) est à 30minutes. Nous avons passons est un très bon séjours.
