« I don't often leave reviews of hotels, but our stay at the Kimpton Arras in Ashville was truly exceptional. The room was lovely and well appointed, the staff were generous, friendly and interested (everyone from the valet parking staff to the front desk personnel--Adam was a standout--were exceptional) and made us feel right at home. Didn't take advantage of the spa or restaurant for anything other than breakfast, but the food we did have was very good and reasonably (for a nice hotel) priced....

« Clean room. Hotel did not bring up extra water when asked but it was late. This hotel was clean and nice but the rooftop closed early and on Friday it was hard to sleep during the crowd of people playing drums that did not at all sound like pleasant music - more so people who did not know how to play drums banging on them while seemingly drunk individuals danced around. It was an odd experience. »

« The owner and the manager are incredibly warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming and everything is making you feel at home, and better! From breakfast to the late afternoon wine and cheese, it is like joining a club and sing immediately welcome into it. »

« Overall, great stay. Breakfast was excellent - more than continental. Check in was a little clumsy as the ‘front’ desk is actually in a separate bldg and the clerk had to check 3 separate groups in at the same time and then walk us all to our bldgs and rooms. Seems like they need an additional person working the check in area during peak times (this was ~5pm). »

« Great experience. Not one negative thing to say. I love the Marriott brand. But not all with allow dogs. And that’s a non-negotiable with us. So we usually stay at Aloft. Which is fine. But the AC by Marriott is a level up. Wish all the Marriott AC’s would welcome man’s best friend! Wonderful top of the chart staff at Marriott AC Asheville. »
