"Awesome 5 star located on the river! Probably my all time fave hotel in Bangkok! The staff are stellar and do a superb job. One of the gents in concierge helped me with my delayed baggage and because of him everything was taken care of. To the manager: please recognize your staff for the incredible job they do!!!"

"This place is located in a great area for Bangkok, it allows for plenty of peace and quiet whilst being round the corner from all the madness
Our room itself was very good for the price and the pool was lovely on a hot day with great view surrounding it.
Also the various options around the hotel complex were amazing, especially the blue food van just outside of the entrance to the hotel where I had the best pad Thai I’ve ever had!
Would highly recommend for Bangkok "

"This is a lovely huge hotel with friendly efficient staff. A couple of times I was waiting in a queue in reception and other staff appeared like genes to assist me. If you are into the gym this is one of the best I have seen at any hotel. The breakfast is also one of the widest and diverse choices I have ever had and is worth paying the money for. Delightful swimming pool with a call button at each sunbed for service. I got a couple of massages which were relaxing . I would definitely stay here again. "
