We stayed here for a week and was very disappointed. This is not a five star hotel. It was run down. The lobby was huge but the seating area was a few chairs and tables on the side which we found really odd. The hotel is situated right in the red light district so there was an interesting mix of people you see at all times. The hotel had no security at the lobby, so you could see guests taking prostitutes back to their room. It felt really unsafe and icky. Our room was not clean at all. There were questionable marks on the mirror and tv and considering what we saw around the hotel, it only added to the ickyness factor. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. It never changed the whole week we were there. The selection wasn't that great either. I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better choices in Bangkok.

A very humble and kind front desk staff; they are professional and very efficient in their approach and handling customers. It took me few minutes to finalize my check-in and similarly my check-out. Overall, an excellent stay and looking forward to my next stay there.

I’ve stay here a lot and everyone that works there is awesome and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was the guy out front if you ask them to get you a taxi they will rip you off. Book your own is my advice.

I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints , great location and amenities are excellent. I can’t say enough about the staff though all staff in all areas are great and very attentive. I am very impressed with the lady that takes care of my check in and assists me with most things on the property. Kik is her name and she’s makes sure my reservation is always taken care of and my arrival and departure is flawless. The staff in the Club lounge are also exceptional. Great hotel.

We had been really looking forward to a stay at the Landmark Hotel, as we regularly stay at their sister hotel, the Lancaster. Sadly, we were heavily disappointed. From the check in...standing waiting in the the lobby to check in, to then be told we were in the wrong check in and had to go to the 31st floor instead, to the dated, tired, property and generally miserable and unhelpful staff who did not seem invested at all in their work place and made even sitting for breakfast feel like we were imposing on their time and space. In comparison to their sister hotel they have many areas.that really do need addressing if they are to charge over £330 for a 2 night stay. We understand the impact that COVID had on businesses but simple things that should be second nature in a hotel were sadly missed. We have however got to commend the concierge staff who were forever happy and helpful.
