My 10 day stay was made very difficult by inability to communicate with any staff in even elementary English. Contrary to description on booking site rooms are not cleaned unless one makes a personal and emphatic request at the reception desk. Placing the "please clean room" tag on the door handle is ignored. No laundry service also contrary to site description, with no one able to even direct to the nearest external laundry. Set breakfast options very beautifully presented but mostly left uneaten.
