I liked the fitness cleanliness and food. The room was cramped it was ridiculously noisy, no place to store my clothing or bags. The cable constantly went out Also, the screwed up my reservation and it cost me additional $300. I would’ve not recommend this location if you want to relax in comfort or get some sleep.

An area of improvement would be to provide a brochure of the available amenities and services like transport to BTS in the room itself so that guests don’t have to go to reception and ease of reference for what the area has to offer like food and malls

Hotel okay. Biggest issue is how poor the soundproofing of the doors are. You can hear conversations of everyone in the hallway and when others close/open doors
