You couldn't ask for a better location in Vieux Quebec; Auberge Place d'Armes is right in the middle of the old district of the city, yet due to the double-paned windows, our room was quiet and serene. Visitors need to be able to manage steep stairs as there is no elevator, but the staff were always on hand to help with luggage. We dealt with several different concierges, each of whom was extremely helpful, particularly when it came to making dinner reservations. The on-site restaurant, La Buchette, served delicious food and drink; our walking food tour even included a stop there to sample several items we hadn't yet tasted.

Perfect for a small family getaway with older kids. Common area where family can talk together. Enjoyed the apartment feel rather than a hotel. In a great location close to restaurants and shops.

Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.

Room is small but wonderful location.

The room was really lovely with the nicest shower we have ever used. The hotel is a short walk from pretty much everything you would want to see in Quebec city but far enough away to be quiet and not full of tourists. We had no problem securing parking slightly up and across the street in a parking garage. We highly recommend the Musette_cc just down from the hotel for a delicious breakfast or lunch. We will stay here the next time we come to Quebec City. The room was beautiful and spotless.
