Beausejour Covered Bridge Tours and Activities

Bel hôtel, mais rien ne fonctionne. Impossible d’écouter la télé, le wifi est tellement lent qu’on ne peut rien écouter non plus. Chromecast non fonctionnel non plus. Un membre du personnel est venu et devait faire un suivi, mais nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelles. La terrasse est directement sous la hotte du restaurant. Impossible à utiliser, vu les odeurs qui s’en dégagent. Les espaces communs sentent très fort la cuisine de restaurant. Et comble de tout, nous y étions un dimanche soir et vers 10hPM de la musique aussi forte que dans un club avec un DJ qui crie au micro commence pour t’empêcher de dormir jusqu’à 2h du matin.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, just a 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town and about 10 minutes to the cruise dock. There were also several nice restaurants within a five-minute walk. The hotel was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a great bonus and had everything we needed. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again.

We rented a condo room for 3 nights. It was very trendy and urban and a short 10min walk to Old Quebec with restaurants , shopping, etc. Other shops and restaurants started just around the corner. First off, the staff was outstanding. They were all very helpful and friendly. They deserve kudos. The hotel was very clean and I loved the vibe. The rooftop lounge was lovely but beware the wine machines were not consistent with their pour and I felt like we were shorted on several glasses. It was better to buy a bottle and take it up with you. The beds were very comfortable. Having the closet in the living room wasn’t ideal especially if there is several rooms rented and we wanted a gathering place. The living room furniture was hard and uncomfortable. Also the lighting was horrible. I had to take the vanity mirror and get ready on the kitchen counter. The walls and tile were all black with dimmer led lights. Also, no housekeeping, if you needed anything, you had to ask at the front desk such as extra towels, toilet paper, coffee. We were going to a fancy dinner and needed to iron/steam a shirt and that was in the basement in the laundry area. Again not ideal. The view of the marina at night with the lights was beautiful. Overall, I’d rate it a 4/5 and probably wouldn’t stay here again given so many other options but we did enjoy it.
