"Amazing hotel. Perfectly located for walking around. 10 minutes from the Boston Common and shopping areas, good restaurants. Hotel is beautiful and clean, the restaurant and cafe in the hotel were both amazing. Upon arrival expedia did not have our reservation sent to the hotel (Expedia’s mistake) and the hotel staff immediately got us a room and apologized for the mix up, and price matched the Expedia price for me. I would absolutely recommend staying here. "

"Was very impressed they offer shuttle service every half hour to the train station and back. Was able to easily head downtown a couple times. Always free coffee down by the lobby as well. All staff we encountered were very nice and helpful, great service."
