"Breakfast was fresh… with the exception of the French toast. The room was clean however the room’s walls shook every time the guest in the neighboring room closed their door. The neighbors to the other side seemed to be in the room with us when they spoke and even became intimate. There was no sleep for me. Way too noisy."

"TV was not working and constantly going in and out of service. Renovations occurred while occupying the room and was asked to move rooms early in the morning."

"I didn’t get the room that I booked the beds for supposed to be queen size beds they were not Queen. They were full-size beds. They don’t they didn’t have a refrigerator and they didn’t have a microwave so for five days I brought food back to my room. I wasted it because I had to end up going trash. I asked for a rollout bed they tell me my room is not big enough for it when I roll our bed. It’s just a twin mattress. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"The room didnt have hot water and there was no soap in shower or bathroom. the elevator was not working for half a day. The room was clean and people were friendly but i think it is a old hotel and needs to have better maintenance."

"Great location in the middle of the French Quarter and easy access to lots of fun activities. Noisy outside late into the night. The rooms with balconies and windows on the front side of the hotel do not block the noisy people partying in the streets. Hotel had great vibes, it’s old and has a lot of great character."
