They asked for a $100 deposit which was odd, the door in my unit would not lock, sketchy area & dirty as hell. Don’t waste your time here.

For being on a budget, this place was honestly not bad. I stayed here for about 4 nights. From check-in to housekeeping, the staff here are superb. Grab’n’go breakfast is available, but I opted for the IHOP conveniently next door, and was able to take leftovers to my room, where i stored them in the mini fridge and heated in the microwave. The room was ok. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. I wore sandals in the shower. The bed was comfortable, but the duvet had burn holes in it. Quite odd. Had I not checked in at 4am, I would have switched rooms. But it was fine. I did, however, spot two cockroaches… one of which was climbing the headboard of the bed. Luckily, this was seen on the day I was leaving, so whatever- but dang, this place could use some improvements. However, if you’re on a budget like me, it’s fine. It’s surrounded by highways in a not-so-great area, so noise was an issue. Would stay again if there were no better options

It’s an older motel but it has been renovated. Good location away from the night walkers that break into car in Austin. I went to eat the “free breakfast” twice and they didn’t have anything out except for coffee. Other than that I can’t complain. Oh yeah. The tv talks in a depressed voice every time you change a channel or turn the volume up or down. It was like I was roommates with my buddy’s depressing wife.

Overall, we had a clean room and the room served the purpose for a comfortable stay. The paper-thin walls made it difficult to sleep in peace. Biggest gripe about this place is the “continental breakfast.” We walked in to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road, and the front desk guy pulled two paper brown lunch bags from a black crate and plopped them down on the counter. We had to provide two tickets we received at our check-in in order to receive the bag. Contents included a sunny delight juice bottle, package of mini muffins, and a granola bar. Nice stay but I wouldn’t not return again.

This hotel is a train wreck
The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life, quite literally. The hotel is the "epitome" of a roach motel with actual roaches in the room. The hot water didn't work on arrival. The front door was damaged. The owner was yelling at multiple guests. This place is a train wreck. It is unsafe and unsanitary and should be condemned.

Friendly staff. This trip was booked for a family traveling for work. His second week in Austin. He mentioned that checking in was like the show "Cheers "; the front desk representative recognized him and welcomed him back, and was very helpful. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I went to location to check it out prior to booking due to it saying not refundable and specifically told the clerk that. After showing the room we went back to office and began to process the booking at no point until after my money was paid did this clerk mention anything about them asking or wanting a 100.00 deposit. Shady business practices since it was only for one night and I made clear I didn’t want any issues since it was non refundable. That desperate for money. Never again!
