"The room was clean when we got there and organized. The staff specifically the manager, Dakota, if I’m not mistaken, was wonderful, so so helpful and welcoming. I honestly have no complaints. I did not use the pool, so I have no opinions on it but it did look nice. Breakfast was good and there were different options the 2 times I went. CVS is walking distance 3 minutes and so is Walmart although I drove. There were plenty of food places to eat around walking distance as well. They have a shuttle provided that you have to schedule, but they can guide you. I would stay there again no doubt."

"The property is outdated but about as close to Disneys AK and MK, as you can get off property. Room is older but everything pretty much as photographed. They had a lot of activities planned and you can hear the fireworks at MK that’s how close it is. Not terrible but I probably won’t be back."

"Lots of things to do. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came. Staff is really friendly. They do try to sell you a timeshare. It did take about 2 hrs so if your on a time crunch skip it."

"Very nice property, massive. There's a lot of very friendly staff and then a lot of staff that didn't really seem to care. I would say this place is not very baby/toddler friendly. If you have a stroller it's extremely difficult to get around especially with the shuttles. Some shuttle drivers or very helpful and lifted the stroller with the ADA lift and one was very rude who made extremely difficult for 2 moms with babies. There are no sidewalks so walking can be a little tricky and dangerous. Overall this seemed to be the perfect place for retired members (which I saw a lot of) but not necessarily for family with young children unless you rent a car. "
