Your Own Screened Pool, Sleeps 8, Halfway Between Tampa and Orlando

A full-size screened pool of your own, four minutes from Lake Myrtle Sports Park. This is the rear unit of a two-unit property, and the pool belongs to it alone - main-house guests do not use it.

Two bedrooms and four real beds sleep 8: a king plus a full in one room, two fulls in the other. One bathroom. You also get a kitchenette with a coffee maker and coffee provided, an in-unit washer and dryer, central air, fast Wi-Fi, a private side entrance and free driveway parking.

Auburndale sits almost exactly halfway between Tampa and Orlando, about five minutes from I-4. LEGOLAND is 35 minutes, Walt Disney World 37, Detroit Tigers spring training 20, and Circle B Bar Reserve 14. Downtown Auburndale and Peebles Bar-B-Q are six minutes away.

Please note before booking: the pool is not heated and has no fence or gate between the unit and the water, the kitchenette is not a full kitchen, and there is a separate rental unit at the front of the property that shares the driveway. Pet-friendly at $30 per pet, per night.
🌞 Florida Weather & Nature

Florida`s beautiful sunshine and lush greenery are part of its charm! However, our tropical climate also brings humidity, insects, and occasional wildlife.

Our property receives professional pest-control treatments, but occasional insects are a natural part of Florida living, especially around outdoor areas. We recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent to enjoy your stay comfortably!

🛂 Booking Requirements

- Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property.
- Identity Verification: The primary guest is required to provide a government-issued photo ID after booking confirmation.
- Third-Party Reservations: Reservations made on behalf of someone else are not permitted unless approved in writing and allowed by the host.
- Registered Guests: Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless additional guests have been approved in writing.
- Occupancy: The standard occupancy limit is 8 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may be accommodated with prior approval for $15 per person, per night, subject to the property`s maximum permitted occupancy.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Accommodations

We happily welcome your furry companions! To keep our home comfortable for everyone, please review the following guidelines:
- A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted with prior approval. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
- Please disclose all pets when making your reservation.
- The pet fee is $30 per pet, per night, payable before check-in through the resolution center. This fee is required to receive check in info if you are bringing a pet. There are no exceptions.
- For stays longer than 8 nights, please contact us about a flat-rate pet fee.
- Pet fees apply to the entire reservation and are non-refundable.
- Pets must remain off furniture and beds and must never be left unattended in the pool area.
- Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges of $300+

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out

We kindly ask guests to respect our check-in and check-out times so our cleaning team can properly prepare the home.

- Check-In: Anytime after 4:00 PM.
- Early Check-In: Available upon request for $30, subject to availability and advance approval. We will not know if the home is available for early check in until the day of you`re reservation once our cleaner has finished cleaning the home. If you would like to guarantee a early check in, please reserve the day before.
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM.
- Late Check-Out: Available upon advance request for $50, extending your stay until 12:00 PM, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check outs will result in a $100 fee for every 30 minutes past last checkout.

🚗 Parking Information

Guests have designated parking on the grass in front of the home. Street parking is also available. Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or restricted areas to prevent tickets or towing.

📅 Reservation Changes & Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. However, because your reserved dates are held exclusively for your group, we kindly ask that you confirm your plans before booking.

Within 30 days of your scheduled check-in, we are unable to accommodate:

- Shortening your reservation.
- Moving your reservation to future dates.
- Changing your existing reservation dates.

Extending your reservation is allowed if the dates are available.

If you`re unable to travel on your reserved dates, please submit your cancellation through Airbnb as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be determined by the cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in your travel plans change.

🏡 Property Care & House Guidelines

We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home. We kindly ask guests to help us keep it that way!

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please place all garbage inside the designated trash bins and keep the lids closed. Trash left outside the bins will result in an additional $100 cleaning charge. The Trash area is monitored by cameras.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property

Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning or damage charges starting at $500.

👟 Keeping the Home Clean

Please wipe your shoes before entering. Removing shoes indoors is appreciated to help keep our floors clean. Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms or near the pool.

Grill & Fire Pit

- A gas grill is provided for your enjoyment. Propane refills are not included, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional propane if needed.
- The fire pit is available for guest use, but firewood is not provided.
- Please use both amenities responsibly and follow all safety instructions.

🛋️ Furniture & Decorations

Please treat all furnishings and decorations with care. Decorative items are for display only and should not be removed or used. Guests may be responsible for damage or missing items.

🏊 Pool Safety & Maintenance

- Swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool.
- Please keep the pool access gate clear so our pool technician can perform scheduled maintenance.

🔑 Before Check-Out

Please follow the posted checkout instructions, dispose of trash appropriately, secure the property, and notify us of any accidental damage.

🤫 Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors

We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay while respecting our neighbors and other guests.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep outdoor conversations, music, and activities at a respectful volume, including during daytime hours.
- Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
- Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Firearms must remain securely locked inside a vehicle and must comply with applicable laws.

⚠️ House Rule Violations

Failure to follow our house rules may result in additional charges for documented damages, excessive cleaning, or other applicable costs.

🔧Serious violations may lead to cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property.

Unexpected Maintenance & Amenities

We work hard to ensure all amenities are clean, functional, and ready for your arrival. However, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally arise.

If we`re aware of an issue before check-in, we`ll communicate it as soon as possible and work toward a reasonable solution.

If something needs attention during your stay, please notify us promptly so we have the opportunity to assist. Any refunds or adjustments will be handled in accordance with Airbnb`s applicable policies.

🛠️ Property Damage & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during their reservation.

Any damage will be documented, and applicable repair or replacement costs may be requested through Airbnb`s Resolution Center.

We understand accidents happen! We simply ask that you notify us promptly so we can address the situation fairly.
