"I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. The room was clean the smell throughout the whole hotel was amazing. The lobby was breathtaking when you walked in and it just felt comfortable like I was on a vacation far far away. Definitely downloading the app for Hilton and going to use Hilton going forward. I was blown away by this hotel, and we will be returning every time we go to Orlando. "

"Food-expensive & not that good Bar-expensive but staff was welcoming Beds-worn out, needs replacing Vending machine-doesn’t work correctly using change, snacks were melted Staff-most were great and willing to help, Life Guards were in abundance Cleaning Staff very friendly in all areas Customer service was quick and friendly Parking was easy & free"

"Front desk are very nice and lobby very pretty . My room looked like the picture online but the cleanliness wasn't very good it just looked like they covered up the old styles and gave motel vibes. Not the best room I've stayed in. I am sure everything else was up to standard . I personally did not feel comfortable and my kid didn't either . "
