"Beautiful hotel with great service. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful. It was great to enjoy the lovely ‘Italian’ hotel after the hectic pace at the Universal. The included Universal Express unlimited and the boats to the parks made the entire stay seamless. "

"The front desk Justin Amd Jeany are super nice! Very patient, everyone is nice! So easy to go to universal studio or epic with the free shuttle bus, but make sure you book the day before first thing yiu wake up, they are quickly filled. "

"Room wasnt ready until 4 but was lovely and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. We stayed at club level, which was great. Breakfast was great and good coffee and drink selection for the children. Shame that snacks in the evening are 8-9 becauae surely most people are still in the parks then - we were at least. Like we've found throughout our stay in Florida, toilet paper is terrible here too. Bonus having fast pass and early entry to the parks"

"We had a great stay at Sapphire Falls. We enjoyed the ease of getting to the Universal parks and its central Orlando location. Our room was spacious and clean, however lacking a balcony so struggled to dry wet swimwear! "
