"Clean, quiet, easy access to restaurants. Our mattress in our room was HORRIBLE!!!!!! We told them we were leaving & they could go in & replace it, but they said because our quiet sign was on the door they didn’t go in. They said it would be replaced after we left. "

"My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well."

"My room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower, the bed sheets had a big huge yellow stain (looked like pee), there was a crack in the window which didn’t allow the room to cool well, and it just didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever. I won’t book again sorry. And plus there was police outside arresting someone not once but twice. "

"The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Only complaint is there was no water pressure in the shower. But otherwise it was a good stay and will definitely stay again "

"The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement."

"The hotel and room were pretty clean. Bed sheet had a light stain. Refrigerator didn't work too well, so beverages kept inside weren't really cold. Glad we didn't have any food with us. The beds were super soft. Comfy to lay on but too soft to sleep well. Bathtubs available, but no drain plug available. Stated coffee was available, yet the common area was closed. Rooms are said to be soundproof. They were definitely sound resistant, but doors closing was very loud and we could faintly still hear our neighoring rooms tv. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, but definitely a bit disappointing. "
