« The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. This apartment is housing the AC and Heating unit to the hallways and main office, so there is ALWAYS a loud humming and banging of the unit turning on and off. This...

« There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. « Apartment was clean and stocked with basic appliances, silverware and cookware. Limited on supplies like paper towels, trash bags (I had to buy my own). Main complaint is the wi-fi was weak and dropped out completely at one point. Owner was notified to see about resolution but never contacted me back to assist or resolve. »
