Our home is designer-decorated and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors. Our home has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two king master bedrooms have beautifully upgraded en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms have travertine tile floors, marble countertops, custom panel cabinetry, and custom showers. The two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds and share the hallway bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms have upgraded carpet. Throughout the rest of the home, there is hardwood and tile flooring. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. It has a beautifully upgraded open-concept kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A full-size washer, dryer, and half bath are located just off the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar and family room table. Relax in our in-ground sparkling pool and jacuzzi in the rear yard. Our pool is surrounded by a scored concrete deck patio with plenty of space to soak up the sun. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, chaise loungers, and chairs. The garage game room is located off the pool and deck area. It has Stiga Ping Pong and a standard-size Pool Table. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. All rooms have 46+ TV. The family room has a 60' TV with a DVD player. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. The home has central heating and air conditioning. This house SLEEPS 11 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102 All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking. The house was perfect for us with 2 king bedrooms for the adult couples and queen bunks for grandma and kids The pool was beautiful, excellent hot tub, outdoor space and pool table and ping pong! There was a row of strollers, high chair, booster, which we didn’t need but they have thought of everything! Huge washer too. Demand water heater we never ran out! We opted to park at Disneyland but we could have walked. Very comfortable …did I mention the comfortable beds? ##### Michelle H. We ended up leaving Disney early because the kids were so anxious to return to the rental home for more fun in the beautiful backyard and pool. The home was equipped with everything our family needed, including strollers, pack-n-play, every conceivable kitchen utensil and device, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, plenty of bedding, games and toys, and plenty of space. We received ample instructions and regular, timely communications from the property management, making the entire process of reserving, checking in, and checking out easy and seamless. ##### Jason Afton C. I asked about how to heat it and was just given a robo reply directing me to the guest book. We read that you would be charged to heat up the pool if you wanted it even just one degree warmer. Also, this location is NOT a reasonable walking distance to Disneyland. So many rules and regulations with limiting the hours you can enjoy the property, threats of fines if you lose a remote control, loud child alarm in all doors that lead to the backyard. Had some teenagers that we had to be sure they were quiet when outside in the pool. Very close to Disney- backside- maybe a little too far to walk but could if you really wanted. House is nice, a little drafty at the doors. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Directions did not come with the pass code for the game room asked for it shortly after check-in but did not get it until the 2nd day so did not get to use that much. Should be included with check-in details like the front door code and other guidelines/directions and rules. The TV’s in all the rooms was nice and the large sectional in the living room was nice to hang out. As others said there are a lot of rules posted throughout the house but I get it- they want the house left in good condition and reduce risk of damages and costs to guests. All in all I can highly recommend this location as long as your group is a quiet group and ok with the rules. ##### Brian W. Although technically within walking distance by going through Downtown Disney, it’s about a 25 min walk to the front gates (1.3 miles). However, we never waited more than 10 min for an uber in either direction, and with a party of 6 the average cost was 12-15 each way - which is still cheaper than day-long parking.
