The master bedroom does not have a dresser , but the closet is huge and they have nightstands. The motion detection lights came in handy at night. "We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable...

"We came to town for a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. It is set up almost like a duplex, so my family was able to stay downstairs and my sister's family was able to stay upstairs. Very clean and LOTS of towels if you need them! Management was very attentive. Highly recommend!"

"The Marilla rental is beautiful. The layout of the house was perfect for our three-family gathering. All 6 cousins bunked together. They loved having their own space. Grill, outdoor fire-pit/furniture and large yard allowed for fresh air and more additional space. Excellent stay. I recommend visiting 189 Burger in East Aurora for lunch."

"We traveled from Atlanta to spend the holiday with our grandmother and hosted dinner for the family. It was amazing to have so many generations together; eating, fellowshiping, sharing. This house was PERFECT for our gathering. We had space interact without being on top of each other. Parking was difficult, but we made do. We did have and issue with the hot water, but Mr. Joaquin came over and rectified it immediately! He also got the chance to have a little cake with us. 😆"

"This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby...

"We booked both upstairs and downstairs units for two families attending a swim meet. Beautiful home, gleaming hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate."

"Overall it was a nice comfortable house to stay a few nights in. Buffalo as a city is...rough...the area isn't the nicest but the inside of the house was nice. Washrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Parking right out front which is convenient. Short Uber ride to the casino and KeyBank center. Will stay again in the future. "Overall the property was clean and nicely appointed. The only issue was a few black ants in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Not a big deal. We appreciated the shower body wash conditioner and shampoo in both bathroom. We did have to got out and buy toilet paper. There was no local tv only Netflix and Prime. The deal breaker as to why we would not stay there again-The front steps are a major safety concern. The porch slopes terribly and the outdoor carpeting on the stairs is a tripping...

"The place was perfect and Travis was incredibly helpful. The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. The place was perfect and everything was very clean and accommodating for all of our stay."
