Beautiful hotel, charming area, great service!
The spa experience was a little disappointing. Booked a men's 50 minute pedicure and it ended up being in the men's barber shop where the environment was very sterile and not spa-like. The service was rushed through in 25 minutes then they unsold me on a manicure as well. Charged me for both services which were competed in the original 50 minutes. Other than that it was a great hotel. Dinner at Cafe Milano downstairs was phenomenal!

This is an all-suite hotel that offers you a full kitchen, living room area, large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Very good staff. Located right near the Abu Dhabi Mall, lots of dining options around in the buildings surrounding the property. There is an airport bus right across the street if you don't want to pay for a cab. We will certainly return here.

We had a Deluxe Suite, City View and the room was perfect for 4 adults. Lots of room. It was the best hotel of our trip. Had a problem with the sofa bed and there was a person there to fix it within minutes of calling. Front desk staff were fast, efficient and very helpful. Checked in on my birthday and was surprised when they wished me Happy Birthday, a nice touch. Valet parking was fast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is very modern, up to date, and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and keen to serve. The airline sent our luggage to Beirut by mistake and the hotel staff maintained contact with the airline on the status of our luggage and followed up with us until our luggage arrived.
Exceeded our expectations and the price was great!! Ordered meal through room service and it was excellent. Additional free bottled water was provided upon request throughout our stay.
