« The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge...

Chaque membre de l’équipe a fait preuve d’une attention remarquable, toujours disponible et souriant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. L’établissement lui-même est irréprochable : chambres spacieuses, d’une propreté impeccable, et parfaitement équipées. Les installations (piscine, restaurants, espaces communs) sont entretenues avec un soin constant et offrent un véritable confort. Ce qui distingue vraiment cet hôtel, c’est l’excellence du service : on sent que la satisfaction du client est une priorité absolue. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés et considérés à chaque instant.
