"The hotel was clean and close to Main Street in Lake Placid. The main area with shops and restaurants are like a 5 minute walk down the hill. Just a heads up, you will need to walk back up the hill which can be a little challenging. You can also drive down and there is parking at the bottom of the hill. We walked to avoid having to pay for parking in that lot. Very clean, cute pretty little town on the lake. We only had breakfast at the hotel and it was a buffet. It wasn’t bad. There were plenty of options and an omelette /egg station. Not sure how the dinners were. We would stay here again for the location and cleanliness. The rooms were also a decent size with great views"

"I would give it a 10, but unfortunately the room smelled like mold, most likely because the water leaking from underneath the shower door. The bathroom door would also get stuck and my kids were not able to open it."

"This property is right in front of the lake view. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean and surrounded by best lake views. The staff are very cordial and responsive. Total value for money. Perfect family stay."

"I di not rate the amenities because there really were none. The staff were very helpful and prompt when we called. The TV and remote did not work when we first went to the room. I called the front desk, and the gentleman was there immediately. There had been a full power outage the night before and just had to make an adjustment on the TV. He was apologetic and friendly. The coffee was readily available located by the front desk. Clean room, Made the 2 nights stay comfortable, close to town and Fort Ticonderoga. Parking is located right out the front entrance"
