« The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. « Nice house for a large group. Convenient location to DC and the Capitol Mall. Nice updates to the house. Had a little delay with check-in but was hopefully an isolated thing. »

« Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed. »
