"Loved this hotel - great price; walking distance to metro, restaurants, and stores. Pool was clean and had lifeguard on duty. Kids enjoyed the pool. Used the washer and dryers for laundry a couple nights. Super friendly staff. Have no complaints at all. Great hotel for great price!! "

"Our family enjoyed staying in this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the location of the hotel to many restaurants on the wharf was great for dinner. After a full day of walking to various DC sites, we enjoyed relaxing outside on their chairs, looking at the water and watching the people go by. The only downside was some mold in the shower. Otherwise, the room was great. "

"I like that the Manager of the Hotel herself was willing to give guidance about different ways to get a tour and she was trying to please the guests by being able to give instructions on how to get out to the city."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Washington Plaza. It's within a 10-15 minute walk to various eateries. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to Washington momument and MLK Memorial. The National Mall is more spread out than I realized so we did a van tour. The Washington Plaza is lovely, clean, comfortable, has a great outdoor bar & patio with great staff. The check in crew on 6/9/25 was AMAZING! They were friendly, professional and were all excited that I was there to celebrate my birthday with them that week. I loved it! I will stay with here again if I return to DC. Enjoy!"
