The staff have been very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs. What needs updating: the outlets on the night stands for phone charging, plugging things in, etc. They are too loose. Also, the carpet throughout the entire hotel. It is clearly old and outdated. Instead of spending money on a picaso-style shower design (everything unnecessarily out of place), the money could have been better spent on renewing the carpets. About the shower design.... The shower head is awkwardly in the top corner, near the class, giving the showerhead limited direction. The neck of the showerhead faces the glass, which forces you to be in an awkward and probably unsafe position to get your body fully wet and clean. Speaking of the shower glass, only half of it is there, meaning full privacy is not an option. That fact that there is no ventilator, meams one must leaves the bathflroom door open to have ventilation. But with half of shower glass. That is not a reasonable predicament for anyone to be in. These observations will not prevent us from staying here in the future.

Hotel was clean and room was nice. Loved that it had a fridge and safe but would have liked a microwave. Parking is a disaster. There is no direct connection from the parking garage to the hotel and the garage is shared with an apartments and other businesses. Valet was the only logical way to go. Overall our stay was good.

Beautiful Art Deco Hotel, super clean, beautiful interiors, room was AMAZING! We will definitely be back!!

This property is amazing and the staff was amazing as well. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because my credit card was triple charged and I am having issues getting the charges removed. However, Matt the manager assured me he would ensure the charges would be removed.

Check in and get to the room and ac doesn’t work had to go the front desk twice to get someone to come then when comes to fix the ac he gets smart mouth for the price this should not be something anyone to endure
