"A very nice hotel with beautiful view of Marseilles from the window. Safe place close to the railway station. Good breakfast! What I didn’t like was the bathroom made completely out of plastic. There was no toilet brush, instead you were supposed to do something with the toilet to make it clean itself which I couldn’t figure out! Otherwise, a pleasant experience to stay at the hotel. Very nice staff! "

"ResidHotel Prado is a good budget option. I’ve stayed here several times. The beds are a little tired but I like the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes, bathrooms are renovated nicely with great water pressure for the showers. I enjoy it’s location, it’s secure, the neighborhood is safe with several public transit options to get around the city and bus connection to all of the beaches, and it’s a quieter option than staying in the center which is easy to get to on foot, tram or metro."

"The staff cleaned our room and refreshed our towels only once during our 9-night stay. We had to ask for some toilet paper rolls every few days. Our room and bed were large and we even had a small kitchenette which was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Nice hotel but area isn’t particularly nice.. it was a good 45 minute walk to the old port or a couple of stops on the metro. The metro was quick. The walk was a little rough in places but I’d still visit again. Staff were lovely, helpful and breakfast was nice. Rooms were a nice size for a city break. Toilet and sink were on opposite sides of the room which was a little odd. I’d recommend this hotel regardless. "

Perhaps not the nicest area of the city, but the hotel had everything we expected.
