"Wanted a centrally located hotel for this trip and the Marriot Downtown fit the bill. Large, busy hotel with bar, restaurants and other amenities. Room on 19th floor was spacious and well appointed. Room service was done without having to request it, not an automatic these days. Biggest drawback was $78 a night parking fee which resulted in use of nearby garage which turned out to be much more of a hassle than it should have been."

"There was construction happening during the time of our stay. I cannot comment about the appearance due to that. The amenities in the kitchen were quite old and not a great experience. Being in the middle of the city was really nice to take walks and visit places quickly. We enjoyed that! All requests were handled well by the front desk."

"Wonderful stay. The staff is warm and friendly. The decor of the lobby is casual, elegant and trendy. There is a lounge just off the lobby that was a nice retreat to escape read a book or take a business call. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. I had access to the “M-club” room which offered a nice array for breakfast, complimentary snacks and drinks through the day and nice evening offerings. The staff in there were also very friendly and service minded. Check in and check out was quick and seamless For a centrally located, smooth and trouble free experience, I can’t imagine any place any better."

"Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold."
