The hotel is nice and clean. The furniture in the rooms could stand to be updated but the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. It's quiet too which is nice. The gym needs some kind of universal machine but has good cardio equipment and free weights. The lounge/lobby bar is fantastic and so is the restaurant. Most of all, the service is truly 5-star. Kauai is a go out and explore island with less resort-dedicated time but this place is worthy of your time.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the start of April 2024. We had a King Room, Pool View and we’re on the 3rd floor in the easternmost building. Cleanliness is huge for me, and this property and room was immaculate. The hotel room had flooring throughout (yay for no carpet when you’re packing sand around), and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen in any standard hotel room with an awesome walk in shower. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t be happier! The hotel was wonderful! Beautiful pool area and beach area. Lots of seating and most with umbrella’s. Beach was awesome with chairs set up, umbrellas and even hammocks. We loved sitting there at night watching the waves come in and the sunset. Hotel was clean and well kept. Great family-friendly resort. The hotel staff from valet, front desk, groundskeepers, and servers were incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms were very clean and the staff clearly did a lot to manage the mold in this high-humidity climate.
