"The location is very good to be close to city center and a short walk to the train station. The room was clean however the jacuzzi tub leaked and the washing machine, a major plus we thought, did not tumble. We have to hang dry our clothes for 2 days before we could repack them. Communication was fair. The property did not live up to the pictures."

"Great location in the heart of Colmar. The apartment has a shared entrance with the apartment above which we didn’t realise so don’t be surprised to hear someone coming in to the building. The bed was very comfortable and the bath and shower were great. The apartment was lovely and warm. The sink is plugless which is frustrating but seems to be European thing. The only downside to the property was lack of places to put things. We hung our coats in the wardrobe which left no room for anything...

We had informed the hotel about this and asked them to arrange for a taxi. To our surprise, the hotel owner came himself to pick us up in his car. We cannot thank him enough for this gesture.
