"Pool was extremely busy and people saving lounge chairs so there wasn’t anywhere to sit. The evening bartender lady didn’t know how to make a Porto Tonic and was so rude to us. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The lobby was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. They didn’t allow early checkins so everyone was at the pool waiting for rooms. The hotel was well located and nice and clean."

"I only stayed for few hours as I have an early flight from Lisbon. The room was clean and spacious. They have free coffee pods. The only thing is Airport shuttle only starts at 4:00am so I needed to ask for a taxi. The staff were kind enough to help me call one. Just for someone who has early flight shuttle was not available 24hrs"

Only thing they could improve is a few more vegan options at breakfast (like vegan yoghurts - this was only available one day I was there) however there was always some form of vegan milk available, and most days there was enough food to make a breakfast that was reasonably varied."
