"Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect . Fortunately there is a fan in the room , that helps a lot given the hot weather in May . Front desk...

"It was economical and a pleasant surprise! My room smelled of chlorine bleach at first, but the scent dissapated. My bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the in-room coffee and water. I also enjoyed the TV channel selection. There was an OXXO nearby and I took Uber to nearby malls for fun. "

"The property is very strict about the 3:00 pm checkin. The restaurant is not open from noon to 3:00pm which is not published anywhere. Don't arrive early thinking you can eat before checkin because you can't. Once we checked in things were okay."

"Really good. Breakfast was great the room was very clean and free transportation to the Basilica and the airport. "

"Check in Guest Service was Great had a few things missing from room but went to front desk & they were handled very quickly. The Bar Drinks & Staff were great as well. Only thing that could have been a little better is the Breakfast Buffet everything looked good but was just on the warm side would have liked the food hotter other than that still a Very Good Hotel. "
