"Perfect hotel in a perfect area of Paris!"
Just can't rate it highly enough, Montmartre is not seedy. It's a wonderful area of Paris. You can get on the Metro within a minute or walk down to the Opera within ten. The Sacre Coeur is a five minute walk away, the moulin rouge is at the end of the road. I would rather stay here than any other part of Paris... no hustle and bustle.

"Clean and pleasant Montmartre hotel"
Very clean and pleasant hotel. Easy walk to Abbesses metro (small carousel nearby too), Montmartre Cemetery (where many famous artists and writers are buried), Moulin Rouge, etc. Lots of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, as well as night life. Experience the neighborhood's charm - local shops nearby selling wine, cheese, pastries, fruit, fashion, jewelry, etc. I ate in the neighborhood for a late lunch and a dinner at sidewalk cafes, both were pleasant. Late at night after things calm down, I might have felt concerned walking back alone in the dark in the neighborhood and some beggars were on the streets at dusk, but overall, very pleasant. Desk staff speak English and were very helpful. Did need a few euros to pay the local hotel tax. Staff helped me book the airport shuttle (which required euros as payment and would not accept credit cards) and the shuttle was cheaper than a taxi. Conveniently, 2 ATMs within the neighborhood made it easy to take out a few euros for these expenses.

"Ok hotel "
The room was nice , alittle worn but clean. They definitely need to replace the mattresses as they were terrible to sleep on.lots of cafes and close to train station pigalle. Only draw back was all the sex shops in the area. It was safe and fun area though.

"50th Birthday Surprise"
I was very disappointed that I didn't get what I expected.I booked a superior room as this was for my husband's 50th birthday surprise - he'd no idea we were going to Paris. The room description and images when I booked showed a lovely double walk in shower in a larger bathroom than that shown for a standard double room. However the bathroom wasn't as shown in the pictures and I note that the option to view the pictures linked to the room has now been removed! It also stated at the time of booking that the room had a mini bar, stocked with some free items, slippers and a waterfall shower. However no free items in the mini bar, no slippers and the tiniest bathroom going with no waterfall shower! The shower screen only reached the width of about a third of the shower tray so everything in the bathroom got soaked, toilet roll included. The description for the mini bar has now changed and it merely states "fridge". I purposely booked a superior room as I wanted the more luxurious bathroom with the extras, but I got none of it. The staff were helpful and offered other rooms, but they were all the same. I questioned whether the room was in fact a superior room and they were adamant it was. I felt totally ripped off paying the extra for something I didn't get. Having said that, the reception staff were lovely, as was the hotel and the breakfast was good. Do watch out though if you are a little on the round side - neither my normal-size shusband nor I fit in the lift with our suitcase

Hotel Le Montmartre Saint Pierre

"Well located for Montmarte and reasonably priced"
First impressions were a bit mixed. We walked from the Gard du Nord and it only took 10-15 minutes. However the area is very ethnic in nature, very busy and bustling. The street the hotel is located in was quieter and only a short walk from the Montmarte area which is extremely pleasant. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous from desk staff, breakfast assistant and cleaners. Hotel room had recently been renovated so was freshly decorated and bathroom modern and clean. The stairwells have yet to receive the makeover however, and the lift is quite small, two people with cases and it's full. The room had a small hanging area for clothes with two shelves. Breakfast consisted of a croissant, roll and pastry, choice of cereals, cheese, yoghurts and juice and hot drinks. Breakfast room is a bit on the small side and difficulty finding a table at busy times.

"Good location for getting around Paris"
The hotel is in a nice area of Montmartre and in walking distance to the Metro station Jules Joffrin giving access to explore the rest of the city. Its a small but well kept establishment, the room we had was also small but clean and tidy and had coffee/tea making facilities. The room didn't have air-con so would I expect it to be extremely hot in summer months we even had to use the electric fan provided in the room in late September. We didn't take breakfast - thought it was a little expensive and the small/compact dining area wouldn't have compensated for the price so we ate out at little cafes along the way instead.

"Paris stay"
Hotel too far from central Paris. Hotel was ok didn't eat breakfast so cannot comment on that. All the staff spoke some English lady particularly helpful. Room very noisy as it was on the front of Hotel. Room very clean, but very hot eventually they found a fan although it was old and in need of repair to make it stable. However for a few days it was ok, costs a fortune to travel around from this point of Paris. The road is very noisy with traffic and young drunks late into the morning.

"Good location, perfect hotel! "
This hotel was perfect for mine and my boyfriends 4 night stay in Paris. The rooms were modern, very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The cleaners did an excellent job keeping the hotel looking clean and tidy. The young member of staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and offered to help if we needed to know anything about Paris! The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the nearest metro stop so in an excellent location to explore and travel around the city. The only con i would mention is the lift as it didn't feel very sturdy and was very small just managing to fit in 2 people and 1 case. However, if you aren't bothered about using the stairs it's not an issue! Overall, we both loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it! 😊
