"Take your hard earned money and spend it on literally any other hotel. I can’t express enough how much I regret booking this hotel. The staff member we dealt with at the front desk was beyond rude, dismissive, a liar, and the rooms are worse than many hostels. Our shower didn’t drain and flooded the whole bathroom. This leads me to believe nothing is being cleaned properly. If it was, they’d know the shower wasn’t draining and would have fixed the problem instead of putting more guests in the room. The bed was hard as a rock and also had a giant bump in the middle. And all this for the posted price of 300€/night? Shameful. So again, spend your money literally anywhere else."

"The reception area and overall hotel were quite small. The room was very tight for two people and had only one small closet, which also housed a mini fridge at the bottom, leaving little space to store clothes or luggage. The carpet had a slightly musty smell. The Balcony was undesirable and not worth paying the extra fee. The bathroom tub was difficult to step into due to its height, and the toilet seat was loose and didn’t properly fit the bowl. Location was good with easy access transit and restaurants. "
