"The front desk staff was very friendly. We were not able to park in the front more secure lot the first night. We had to park behind the hotel in an overflow lot. The room was clean. Beds are very hard. Woke up in the middle of the night with a back ache. The tv in our room was stuck on theain menu. You couldn't change the channels. It wasn't to bad, since we just used it for background noise. "

"I stayed three nights while attending a conference in downtown Austin. I was traveling alone. I chose this location based on price, travel time to downtown, and the area's security. The hotel met these expectations, and I would stay here again if I traveled alone. The room was clean, and the hotel itself presented a clean appearance inside and out. Yes, the hotel could probably use a renovation, but nothing negatively impacted my stay. I only interacted with the staff during check-in and...

"Wonderful family fun resort. We stayed at the beachside with the volcano bay view and it was awesome. Buildings are nice and clean. Parking plenty and many food options. Only negative you have to purchase your own tubes for the pool and lazy river which was a bummer. "
