Best Western Premier Route 97 Vernon

4/10 Poor

"This location has a small parking lot even though it is absolutely necessary to drive to this location. Many of the parking spaces are small car only yet many of the guests drive big trucks including work trucks. As a result, parking is atrocious. Pay full price for a room but they cheaped out so hard on the parking that being able to find a spot even for a car is a gamble. The only hotel that I have been to with worse parking is the other best western in Vernon. They should put a disclaimer that parking is limited and not guaranteed. In my opinion, it doesn’t live up to the best western name. Next time I am in Vernon I am skipping best western."

"Room was ok. I was on the lower floor facing the card lock so all night I got to listen to trucks revving their engines. Area feels a bit sketchy, and it didn't help they share a small parking lot with another hotel so I ended up parking on the street three blocks away and carrying my stuff. Room barely had shampoo, no conditioner just an empty bottle and when I was checking in there was another guest complaining about the same thing - and after he left the front desk person told me he was a "very difficult guest asking for all sorts of things". The staff where polite to my face, but you could tell worn by the complaints from people. All and all, I've stayed in worse places but would not return."
