"When we arrived the receptionist Britney wasn’t very friendly. When arriving to a location you’re going to stay for a week, your first interaction with the resort is important and she didn’t seem to want to be there. It’s very close to Disney so that was super convenient. They offer life vest at the pool which is really nice. The room itself seemed really clean but the floor needed to be mopped. "nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip"

"The salt water pool is heated. The mattresses were lumpy, shower in master bath wasn't useable, carpet is worn, ice dispenser stuck. In need of some updating but overall was a good value. Front desk people were great and super helpful. "

When we arrived at the house the code given to me was incorrect, I called on working hrs Sunday and no one answered, 1.5 hrs later they answered me and sent the correct code.
