« Nous sommes restées que 30 minutes, le temps d'essayer de trouver une solution aux centaines de mouches dans la chambre et de demander un remboursement total. L'hôtel n'était pas un endroit sécuritaire pour 2 femmes début trentaine, dans un secteur plus défavorisé de kansas city (independence). Le personnel de l'hôtel l'a bien compris et n'a eu aucun problème à nous rembourser la totalité des frais. »

« Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. As for the staff, the person who checked me in was nice and attentive. However, the person next to them was either...

« The front staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t the best. There was a residue on the bed that irritated my skin. There were visible stains on the bed cover. Neighbors were loud. The room kept making noises, toilet randomly running and another noise I never figured out. The bed was not comfortable and I did not get much rest. The rate was great though! »

« The first thing you will notice when you pull up to this place is all the junk cars in the parking lot. It is more than a few. It is a lot. Then when you enter the premises the next thing you will notice is the overwhelming scent of marijuana. The building is rundown inside. I did not see a wall that didn’t need cleaned or painted or both. The room was the same. It was clean but run down. There was some sort of brown stain on the bathroom sink that made it look dirty even if it wasn’t. This is a...

« I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk...
