They do Not like reservations via Hotels.com When I extended my stay via hotels.com they, the manager was upset, stated his employee did not note the account I requested a late check out. If I was Not out of the room by 12, I would owe for an entire night, I had to leave the hospital from my test, that I had previously discussed with his employee the afternoon before. When I approached the manager about my concerns, he stated he called the hotel room phone, that I was in the guest room. There were Not phones in the hotel rooms, the maid service had been in the room, as the trash had been emptied, so they knew the room was emptied.. When I arrived to pack my belongings, my key card did not work, the manager was sitting low in the chair, did not say hi, nor did he look"

"Desk was friendly, however food on floor in lobby that only need swept, was there over night. Room was clean. Typed Sign saying no food in room, is that comfort policy? They do not want to clean."

"Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve been wiped down. Ample amount of towels and I appreciate that as we even were able to ask for more with zero pushback or having to bring our towels down and return for new ones. Breakfast was not good. Only complaint! It was like a 2 out of 10. Overall would stay again, but please fix the pool heater and ice machine on floor 3. It’s very inconvenient to go in the elevator down to 2 to get ice and there is only one elevator and it’s on the slower side. "
