« The property was overall a great stay clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was seamless. We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. "L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. "
