With its prime location, you'll have easy access to all the best that the city has to offer. ★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 3 BEDROOMS + Sleeper Sofa ★ Three bedrooms can be found in this cozy home. Each room has a comfortable KING bed and is equipped with its own smart TV, which you can log into with your favorite streaming provider. All provide the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring Kansas City. The living room couch transforms into a queen sleeper sofa. The interior of the home has been recently updated with modern finishes and stylish decor. The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. Dine out at the top restaurants located in our downtown, within a short walk, or prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring all new appliances. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
