"We stayed in Room 104 on 5/31/2026. Like other commenters have mentioned, the room was very clean and the bathroom looked nicely remodeled. For the money, it's a decent value.But calling this a classic old motel is a stretch...you really got to squint your eyes. It really looked sketchy when we arrived. The air conditioner should have been turned on before our arrival. It took over an hour for the room to cool down; and the room still smelled musty all night. Also, the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. Didn't cool down till the next morning. What bothered me the most was that the deadbolt wouldn't engage. I slammed the door a few times and it still wouldn't engage."
