"Great location only 3 min walk to train station, and 5 min to beach. Really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet and the on property swimming pool. Only advise was to not book the economy room as it’s facing a courtyard, is very nosy due to stairway and units across from courtyard. Room was very warm in April/may due to air conditioning being off till summer. Recommend to bring own fan as our ceiling fan was broken also and never fixed during our stay. Ultimately a nice stay and would return....

"We got in super late due to the plane arriving late and just called them and they were on their way to pick us up at the airport! Amazing service!!!"

"We told the reception we’d be there at 12pm, when we got here doors were closed we had to buzz the reception. There was a parking charge. Not a big deal however was not made aware of it on the hotels.com website. The room and hotel are dated, there was no supper service on the night we stayed. Area was fairly quiet and breakfast was adequate. Not sure if the parking garage door was ever closed overnight, it was open when we went to bed and open in the morning. "The hotel is at the edge of the gothic quarter. The outside and lobby don’t look so good. But the room is clean, newish looking. Everything is fine once you are inside the room. The receptionists are very friendly too. It exceeds my expectations. Like another reviewer stated, just come back before dark then there are plenty of people walking the streets. I don’t think I want to walk back after dark. "

"Fantastic staff, hotel is pretty much what it says it is. 2 things to know: #1 there is no desk in the room and it's harder to work cross legged for hours at a time on my bed than it used to be. #2 after about 8pm homeless people sleep on the corner of the block. They're no bother, but it changed my feelings on the area. "

"This is an old building but the rooms are renovated and everything is new and clean. But what I liked most is how pleasant and helpful the staff have been at all times. Check in and out times are great plus the staff will do all they can to let you in if you arrive early. The location is perfect. "
