"Staff was exceptional. Facility has everything one needs for a comfy stay. Our room was quiet & clean and was in the Red building, which is separate but only a few steps away from the main section of resort. It’s anquieter section of resort and has a nice & spacious back lawn with chaise lounges, tables, & a grill for guests to use."

We will certainly be booking here every time from here forward the location was perfect right on the beach. The room was beautiful and clean with an ocean view. The valley parking was wonderful. The restaurants were convenient and had the perfect selection. The indoor pool was fantastic whether it was too hot outside or rainy. We had an absolutely wonderful time. "Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. "
