"This was a decent value and in a good location in Wells. New property and seemed like they were still working some small kinks out. I would judge it slightly less in quality than its fairly direct competitors. Some of the non-chain but similar quality hotels in Wells/Ogunquit are a bit better."

"Perfect for large families, open concept, lots of hang out areas. Nice kitchen with double oven, great for feeding a crowd. It was off season but we warmed the beach, flew kites, collected shells, and took advantage of the porch rockers to relax enjoy the view. Would definately stay there again."

"The location is spectacular! Right on the beach and close to amenities. The house is older and the walls are pretty thin, so if someone is staying in the adjoining unit, it can be pretty loud. "

"Incredible home right on the beach. So bright and beautiful. Very clean and organized. Extremely well stocked (vacuum, broom for outside, beach chairs, books and games, kitchen has everything you need). Perfect for a family. Our 4 year old and 1 year old loved the beach and house itself. Fireplace was lovely for reading in chilly April evenings. Loved Billy’s Chowder House right down the road and The Wells Diner. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year! "
