"I was surprised at the quality of our stay at Yonegan for the very affordable price. Clean bathroom and shower, AC worked very well, clean kitchen appliances, and good places to eat/get coffee just a short walk away. First Fridays in Wailuku is just a couple blocks away too. Would definitely stay here again! "
"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

"Property is exactly as described! The view is amazing. The space was large enough to accommodate our group of 5, yet cozy enough to come together.The showers were amazing, beds comfortable and the view is insane. My family and I enjoyed the pool and private beach every day...and we were able to snorkel with the turtles. Parking was always available, and the property is not overcrowded.Randy was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. Grounds are well kept and the property manager kept the pool cleaned.Go ahead and click the Book Now button!"

"We had such a relaxing time at Hale kai. We even tried extending our trip an extra day! We watched the sea turtles swim every time our children were in the swimming pool, had a seal napping on the beach that we could see from the lanai, and saw beautiful sunsets each night! The condo was spacious and welcoming, and we loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves. If we ever get the opportunity to travel to Maui again, I would love to stay there!"

"We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Paki Maui! You cannot beat the location. We walked to the beach next door and saw turtles and a monk seal! The beach is great for kids to swim. The sunsets were amazing! Parking was easy and the host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely come again! "

"Very comfortable, except the no A/C. Very clean complex - and friendly. Quick response to any calls. Noise level at night was a bit high, but adjusted quickly. Laundry nicely accessible. Crashing waves covered most of it. :)Loved the "local" turtles. Snorkeling on the beach was great. Lots of sweet fish as well. Although we didn't use the grill, it was wonderfully clean. Would have appreciated knowing this condo started on the second floor as photo led us to believe it was a ground floor unit. Plenty of local eateries available too."
