"Very nice 1 bdrm close to the beach with a beautiful view. Great coffee shop right next door too. AC is only in the bedroom so those sleeping on the pull out in the living room may get warm. Communication with the host was easy and fast and she was very accommodating during our stay."

"We had the best stay! The view is incredible and we loved having a quieter pool and beach than if we were staying at a large hotel or at a complex with more units - ideal. The AC (located in the bedroom) works well, which is always important. We really enjoyed the lanai and then being able to walk straight down to the water, where we spotted a sea turtle. Brad was a helpful and communicative host. We recommend!"

"Overall this was glorious and I would consider to stay again. I was slightly disappointed that there was no beach to lay out on and had to travel to nearby beaches. I spoke to some full time residents and they did mention that as the years pass, the beach shrinks. there is sand, you can see it and at some small points throughout the day you can walk out to it, but spending any real time sun bathing was not possible. Make sure that you are okay with only AC in the bedroom. It can get hot in Maui and on those mid to upper 80's days, it is very warm in the condo."

"My wife and my two adult daughters stayed at the unit 8 night at the beginning of September. This is a great home, right on the water, with incredible views and sunsets, and sea turtle spotting every day right from the home's lanai. We snorkeled at many of the best snorkeling spots on Maui, in search of great fish and turtle viewing, and to us the best snorkeling was on private beachfront in front of this home. We saw hundreds of turtles in front of the home during our 8 night stay. The overall property is very nice, clean and quiet. The unit is as explained and shown in the description, and very clean and nice, with plenty of kitchen gear for home cooking, which we did almost every night. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC system works great. Mark, the owner and the cleaning staff were very helpful and had great communication. We have stayed at a few different places in Maui, and this is our favorite so far. Overall, my family loved this home and we will be back!"

"Host was very lovely to deal with. Property was as advertised. Very comfortable space. We loved the binders with recommendations for around the area. I don’t think I was able to put a note inside the journals they keep for guests because of time and forgetfulness, but we loved the room. Such a blessing."

"This unit is in a superb location, with beautiful oceanfront views, restaurants, and stores all within walking distance. There are also bus stops right in front of the unit, and the beach is just steps away everything is so convenient!The condo itself is super comfortable and cozy. Don’t let the fact that there’s no AC fool you the condo stayed cool with the two large ceiling fans and the fresh ocean breeze. At night, we only needed a light cover, which was perfect.The unit was also stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and more. It made enjoying the beach so easy! If you want to explore other beaches, Napili Beach is only about a 5-minute drive, and Kaanapali is about 7 minutes in the other direction.The property manager was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. The host was just as wonderful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We truly appreciated how easy and stress free they made everything.We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved our time here. When we come back with the kids, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and convenient Maui getaway! "
