The staff was nice. Has the illusion of a secured area with locked fencing from the road but car was broken into even with a 24 hour staff presence. Our room was relatively clean but a lot of bugs and spiderwebs inside the room. Honestly been to Maui quite often and would never stay here again or recommend to any friends to stay. A lot of potential but certainly not worth the price.

Take the option to upgrade to the Napau level if offered. Free breakfast, afternoon drinks & small bites for dinner. Saves hundreds of dollars a day. Everyone welcomes you as a guest! House keeping, pool staff, grounds keepers & everyone else. The only thing we didn’t like were the birds in the lounge and the fact that my wife always felt like we wee almost out of toilet paper. An extra roll of TP in the room would calm this anxiety. Not sure why they don’t provide an extra roll. The grounds are perfect, the pools clean, the beach & the ocean are perfect. We can’t say enough positive things. Even after 10 days, we didn’t want to leave.
